I use Macs exclusively, and nearly all of the big name tax softwares that I'm finding (TurboTax, H&R Block, etc) only have a windows version for business.Not looking to run a virtual PC on my mac or anything, just something that people recommend that would run natively on my Mac.

I was able to make an absurd amount of money by swing trading and doing a ****-load of research an i niche, highly unusual asset class (a company that effectively had a monopoly on oddly-shaped foam pieces/packaging for computer hardware during the PC boom).I was 8 and didn't know any better, so got out at 9 and saved it all.

That is not a hard number but a good place to start.Next use the measuring tool on your local GIS, or maps application on your desktop, and measure the buildings of each facility within a 3 mile radius of your parcel.

Environmental companies can perform an assessment called and ESA or "Desktop Review" its a historical record search that ties into a number of databases that will know the history of that tank if their is one, who put it in, and if it is still deemed "hazardous or dangerous" to the public.My company is an environmental firm that handles these types of issues in the commercial and residential real estate industry.

If your lease only specifies "internet" connection and not specifically WiFi you could alternately just run one or more network cable drops (from the ISP equipment) to each unit and provide a wall jack for them to connect their own equipment (switch, PC, TV, WiFi router).
