They legitimately feel that it would be amazing to sell to us.While everyone just turns off their brains, and work harder instead of smarter just for that illusion: "see I did so much work, it has to mean I am closer to the reward", but sadly it is all it is an illusion.I rather work smarter, not harder and have whoever that is motivated, come and find me, instead of me chasing them.

U understand the 70% minus rehab costs those numbers have been going around for a long time.. its pretty tough out there right now but hopefully you can make it work.. although I always wonder why those that want to sell real estate ( that is what your doing at the end of the day bringing a buyer and seller together) why you dont just get in the game with a license and make a career of it.. if your any good at sales and can stick to it can be a very rewarding occupation.. wholesalers they dont last very long unless they are very well capitalized and vertically integrated.

These are individuals who are already conditioned to take on greater risk with the hope of a higher reward outcomes and will be attracted to the potential of syndicating real estate deals.Despite the greater risks associated with their current professions, I am sure most if not all are involved in businesses with greater than a 2-3% success rate.
