We are getting concerned about how the Corona Virus will impact the market and if values will plummet. 

But, I'll probably stick with HUD for now, especially with the Coronavirus going on. 

What would you do. Have a deal in the Charleston, SC tricounty area that i'm about to sign a contract for but not sure due to the epidemic we have on hand. We have time to see market due to a long close but i'm wonder...

I’m hesitating on closing on my first property, a small duplex, right now with how the Coronavirus is continuing to spread.
