I wish the map options were available on the mobile app as well though. 

Also, the nextdoor app is great for finding local resources.

You would be best served by managing them with two separate apps.

One thing you might want to consider is partnering with microsoft and adding a third party app to their office 365 suite of products as they have an accounting arm and many other applications already in play that you could add on just for property management and it would work on their system to integrate everything.

Hi All,I have two door's and am collecting rent on different apps like venmo and cash, but I want to open an llc and collect rent on through that.

What a good app to keep track of leases with tenants and collected rent money each month and automatically apply late fees if they don't pay on time?  

Is there a app or is it through email?
