I think he ran out of juice to finish it and to start operating the hostel.  

to loan 100% no PG and such that would be highly risky.. some lenders will force you to sign a DIL at closing that they hold .. then if the loan goes belly up they just record it and don't have to do the full Maryann foreclosure..

I took it out in favor of more time, but I've discovered that playing daily fires up my competitive juices and helps give me a blast of adrenaline to press forward with my day.

I would love to see the stats on how many people buy over 32 units on their very first deal and ultimately go belly up .

People here offer to pay back does not get the juice.

Now this timeshare development was never developed fully, only maybe 20 percent because the original developer went belly up. ..there were too many timeshares in this area for the market.The developer who bought the unsold timeshares at the tax auction donated the weeks for a tax right off. 

I am trying to decide if the juice is worth the squeeze.
