Do lenders still order broker price opinions, or are they just ordering appraisals and using automated valuations in lieu of BPO's.

Honestly being only an hour away is pretty ideal to be able to slowly transition to full hands-off operation through automations and having local contacts for on-site work, just gotta start testing things out and see what works best!

Automation has been going on as long as the Industrial Revolution and it wasn't because people were paid too much.

Automate as much as you can. 

Does your PMS allow you to create automated workflows to resolve issues that guests bring up before they leave reviews?

Then you get down the rabbit hole of integrating platforms and automating your workflows which takes a lot of massaging and some technical skill. 

Just looking for the automated transaction piece so that I don't have to go back to Excel.
