Not thrilled about the lack of communication from Real Property Management. 

Or if the partner wants the thrill of being a landlord, do it legal and acquire another property together.

I would be thrilled to see a city with high cash flow and high appreciation.

When you see opportunities for 12-15% ask why this source is offering such a deal when there are a plethora of people who would be thrilled to earn more than the 3% they are getting in the stock market.

I like cars  bought a brand new Mercedes in 1979 when I was 24 for 35k ... and that was a thrill I drove that car over 300k miles.. it was a turbo.But then I got into aviation and well that sets the bar up quite a bit..

I have done a fair amount of aerobatics and had to where the chute... it would have been interesting to have my first jump one of necessity instead of for the thrill...
