Not sure what state you are, but here your lease wouldn't be "void"  Anything that conflicts with the code would be (landlord-tenant code supersedes leases in DE anyway)I would just say you had them sign an older version of your lease in error and need them on the current one.

Hey @Clint Kelly, I was going to recommend something like BuilderTrend but from what you've said, QuickBooks Online (QBO_ does exactly what you need.The key here is you need an REI-savvy bookkeeping professional since you stated your current bookkeeper is dropping the ball.What you want is super easy to accomplish for a flipping company using QBO.We have Clients who flip close to 100 properties/year and everything is super organized for each property using QBO.It's the operator, not the software in this case.Hope that helps!

Interest is a write off in the states as well and I have learned to really appreciate all the write offs that the real estate portfolio can provide.

@Raz MalikIn Ohio both the Columbus and Cleveland markets are great for investing in from out of state since they are landlord-friendly, and have a low barrier of entry and cash flow.
