If you can find that type of seller, you will be  the night in shinning armor relieving them of their Pandemic Infested  Property.

I've got reserves but who knows how long and how deep this impact goes. 

@Landon Whitt while i think there is money to be made in tech to help with housing most folks on here do not have deep enough pockets to wait for that a return on that type of investment in my opinion. 

Deep Cleaning and Desanitizing the property using disinfectants is all i can think of at this point.

It's as deep as 8 inches in some spots and maybe only about an inch deep on the right side of the property. 

Also have my cleaner do a deep clean every February.

However, if they are going to waive cancellation penalties/fees for their guests, they should be dipping into THEIR billions-deep corporate pockets to pay for it, not my sole proprietor pockets that their global empire was built on.
