I'll recycle the cardboard, stabilize the mailboxes, address the irrigation pumphouse, the fence, etc and I'm just another bad handyman.

Today for a turn key to scale for 50k the areas tend to be very rough as that product gets recycled.

They try to milk it until it get's so bad the DNS (department of neighborhood services) get's on their case and then try to sell it.
