I just have never heard of this kind of experience and am wondering if others have run into any debacle like this. title company checks normally dont get held I know mine never do.. last year when first american got hacked I had closed a deal and had a nice size proceed wire due and it took 6 or 7 days for FATCO to get the wire out to me..

The last house I put on Zillow and that worked out well as several people were pre-screened by Z.  

It's pretty easy, just make sure you vet people you let into your house.

Obviously speak to a lawyer or someone with more knowledge, but I have heard of people leaving their FHA home before the first year is up for much worse reasons. 

So I would go on different sites like Roomster, FB marketplace, and similar sites like that to see what people are renting rooms out for.

Matthew - New Western is a large wholesaler in the Philadelphia area, so not sure if they are looking for more people on their team.

I more so meant if there are people you could hire to do a pre-inspection to ensure you pass on the first go!
