Unfortunately, too many inspectors give less than complete reports since they don't want to sink the deal which may be passively encouraged by many agents who focus on commissions.It's a two-way street but I would be careful accepting sub-standardinspections since any negligence will (like it or not) have your name attached to it.

Wichita cares about it's future and what it looks like and has a police dept that will get creative to solve problems such as the homeless and panhandlers -- Topeka/Shawnee county - not so much - they just care about the wealthy zip code and a several block radius around dt where the capital building is.

The best set up is the one with flexible hollow rods with special attachements powered by air compressor, that way less chance of dryer duct to get disconnected in the wall or ceiling.
