And, in undertaking the task of acting as an adviser, success would not be measured by how much money the wholesaler made on the deal; it would be measured by criteria appropriate to the seller.While I am no great fan of the rel estate brokerage industry, we must admit that the educational requirements  leaves them with more basic knowledge and understanding of the real estate laws and process that the vast majority of wholesalers, and much more knowledge than new wholesaler, whose training emphasized how to get a homeowner to sign a contract and how to create a buyers list.
