What sounds more improbable is Americans who love their suburban lifestyle will suddenly adopt Eastern European way of living in tiny apartments.

One is Revere (recommended by @Ola Dantis) and the other one is Eastern Savings Bank. 

We are currently buying and flipping successfully in the Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut area.

@Jennifer Stillman I haven't done an in-depth analysis to compare appreciation in these towns, but I can state with confidence that the entry-level price point in any town is red hot.The reason is that rents are pretty high all over eastern MA.
