So, this is what I would have done ( and just did this recently on a property I got from a wholesaler ) so he just got done posting his signs in my home town for a 3/2/1 1550 sqft brick home for $45k .. considering a 3/2/1 1200 sqft goes for around $130 here I called him right away, then drove over before dark and inspected the property .. it was a mess .. a real mess ..

I love my line of work and can very easily put eyes on your project and lend insight on fixtures, finishes paint colors and even layout.To give you some insider info. 

The property manager would have to start from scratch simply because someone doesn't like the "color of the tile". 

I quickly found that almost all of the property owners were unhappy, until I landed in the leasing position driving cash flow to them that they had been longing for.Wasn't long until the owner of the company and a property owner came to me, pretty much asking that I discriminate and not leave any vacant units to any other color than white caucasian.

I try to paint them the same color and install the same type of appliances.

I popped out of bed and headed through the darkness, stumbling around children’s toys, on my way to the computer in the other room.

We were not able to view the property before hand but did have pictures and a assessment of the property to go off of.When we finally closed and went inside to look it over and get a plan together, we noticed that the paint was peeling (the LR and hallway are a lime green and every other room in the house is a different color) in just about every room.

If I can spot the power meter socket the color tag on there will tell me the status of the power, I can also check the water meter from the curb to see if that's on.

I just love the color of the walls. 

In my market age primarily dictates what color to go with.
