There is a need for sober living houses and i live in a landlord market but there are so many abandoned houses here and im a recovering addict with a substantial amount of clean time.

Perhaps another way to put it is it tends to become addicting.

After about a month of w/o everyday for 30 days it actually becomes a little addictive.......i slide off too,,,,but I have told myself......I am too old for dumb excuses,,,,,,and I get busy.

Slowing down and getting out of real estate investing.Like many that have enough in life the drive to have more, or believe more is required,  is an addiction.

You might call it a real estate addiction.
