I am looking to invest in apartment buildings in the wyomig area,  Laramie, Sheridan, Cheyenne and Colorado, Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, but I have only found a couple of them and none that I felt were a deal.  

And @Sean Kuhn and @Andy Collins, how are you making the determination that this property will not cash flow based on the info given?
