The multiple housing roster linked above is a previously compiled reference listing of buildings subject to the Ordinance.

Since Chow, Terrier, and Boxer are all on the list I have compiled of dogs to avoid/prohibit, I'm guessing it is likely such types of dogs are uncovered under my insurance policy.  

I had to compile a list of answers/delay tactics, because they would catch me off guard and sometimes I'd say yes when I should not have, etc. 

The ones that are will probably show up on other lists that could be identified if you overlay info compiled multiple data sources (foreclosure, tax, etc.).A single mailing is not a campaign.

(Not Section 8 compilant is very different from being illegal. e.g Not having wardrobes in all bedrooms already makes it non-compilant.

LOL, just kidding, not really true, but this is a compilation of what I have read.

Then compile a list of companies that would be "BP Certified".Your thoughts?

That would help you fit with Greenburg's helpful guidance.And any other compilations of partnership / TIC / syndication models would be really useful.
