Andrew Cameron I get what you say, I been thinking of hiring an assistant for about 9 months but what you described it was the same thing that was stopping me from doing.But as Julian Sibley recommended I started writing down everything that I could do each day if I had more time or in some instances there are things that I hate doing, and I have a big enough list that I can keep the Assistant busy for a while.Thanks for you help
