I live in SF and am planning to get as educated in as many ways as possible over the course of this year as I take my deep plunge into real estate investing, with a focus on rental properties.

But, even if home prices fell, but everybody kept their jobs, it seems to me everybody would have continued to be able to make their payments and values may not have plunged like they did. 

Hi everyone, I'm considering making the plunge and investing in small multifamily in the Syracuse area as my first real estate investment, and was curious if anyone has insights or experience investing in the area?

But I believe this economy is headed for a correction and dollar to take a plunge.

Just trusted the person and made the plunge and started learning about syndications, during this time, I was also analyzing properties out of state(Robert Green's book - Long Distance Real Estate investing is a very valuable resource) mainly Texas(North Dallas, San Antonio, Tx Markets).

This lack of confidence can lead to overthinking and constant research without taking the plunge.

We've all been there, excited about a new adventure, but scared to take the plunge.
