Typically, the majority of the lists you will find are for pre-foreclosure; that's when the lender sends the Notice of Default, and this is the beginning of the pre-foreclosure process.Now, to get the pre-pre-foreclosure list, one way is to get from the county is to gather a loan modification list, meaning someone worked new terms with the lender because they are having trouble making payments and more like those are going to default in the near future
