Hi all, I'm wondering if you have every come across property managers or RE investors who are looking for senior or disability related home modifications?

Typically, the majority of the lists you will find are for pre-foreclosure; that's when the lender sends the Notice of Default, and this is the beginning of the pre-foreclosure process.Now, to get the pre-pre-foreclosure list, one way is to get from the county is to gather a loan modification list, meaning someone worked new terms with the lender because they are having trouble making payments and more like those are going to default in the near future

Ask the servicer for a modification package tonight in writing. see my DM Do you have the statement and a verbal payoff?

If the loan is in delinquency, you can also explore a loan modification.

For large scale homes/buildings, there's so much modifications needed to make it usable making the container into just a facade.

All options must result in an immediate quit claim deed.I have come up with the following possible scenarios.Option 1: Somehow convince the bank to do a loan modification to remove her former partner from the mortgage (with his permission) by agreeing to a 1% interest rate increase.

Architects and engineers aren't builders so there are always slight modifications that happen on-site.

If they fail to PAY the increase, the now owe RENT, which you can then charge your late fee on, and/or initiate the eviction process.I always provide options with the renewals- "Tenant agrees to new Terms"; "Tenant will vacate within (number of days per local law)"; or "Tenant proposes modification to terms, subject to review and approval by PM".

ALTERATIONS: Tenant agrees not to do painting, wallpapering or structural modifications to the premises.

This idea is on the cutting room floor so I’m open to any and all modifications.
