However, even though there is no redemption period after the sale, the owner (or a lien holder) has 1 year to initiate proceedings to challenge the validity or irregularity of the tax sale.I think if you want title, you are in your right to pursue that either with TTS or an attorney.

If so, and new insurance is added, the lenders mortgagee clause will have to be added so they will presumably become notified of the arrangement.As for your initial question about managing the property, if you are under contract you are considered the equitable owner.
