It's about the opportunities to change or enhance the lives of others.It's what I do on a small scale now but just imagine how big an impact that would be with time and resources. 

OpenRoad (the CRM package) has some very nice features that integrate multiple areas of business process and can be purchased separate from the SIMMS product - it came with SIMMS for me.the platform itself is designed around an integrated marketing & lead generation play and is very sophisticated and well conceived.As I post, I am in the airport in San Diego (using the free wireless) after having attended the four day event to teach and enhance the understanding of the SIMMS system capabilities.

Dark brown floors, white counter/cabinetry.I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips on how to take the pics, how to angle the camera, what modes to set them to, etc, and any computer software or websites I can use to edit, tweak, and enhance the photos to make them look spectacular.

I have not made an offer as of yet, but my plan is to  buy and hold 50 rental units in the next 10 years to enhance my retirement. 

Definitely have found some long shot deals, but looking for more conservative solid properties to enhance ability for expanding.

Typically my first step is to look for a new channel to advertise and get the word out, but I'll also look at some other listing to see if there are ways to enhance my listing & make it more appealing...
