I work for Deer Park, and the eastern side of Hamilton County is my target area for buy and hold.

IMHO I'm from NYC and in the early 90's after some research, I invested in MA, in Springfield.Back then, like today, Boston and its suburbs were expensive, and some investor mentioned the eastern part of the state is good and expnsive, and the western part is not.

Also, I cannot find an asbestos abatement company in the area (eastern upstate NY), at least not through a quick google search.Thanks for any insights.

I get up early  ( like a stock broker because much of my business is Eastern time.. so even at 7 in the morning its 10am there. 

The land in Eastern Chester County is way to expensive anymore.

There is a developer trying to get a new municipal utility district going between McKinney and Greenville in eastern Hunt County.

Fortunately we have a good supply of eastern Europeans here- they are pro's.

As @Dave Shellenberger  stated, they seem to be taking a page from the playbook of places in the eastern part of PA.  

Or use it on one larger MF.There are some opportunities in Eastern Idaho, although it has been drying up lately.
