This wasn't super surprising to me as I realize how expensive real estate gets in the city, however it was still somewhat disappointing as my ideal plan was to purchase at least a duplex and rent out the one half of it.Given the position that I'm in (recent college grad/young professional who works in the city), what would you guys and girls recommend that I do?  

The couple of CPAs that I've used before were recommended by a friend (not for anything specific, just I've used them) and I was disappointed both times.

I am pretty disappointed with this whole process and to be honest, there is no way I'd buy another property from Spartan at this point.

Definitely disappointed and trying to see what to do differently next time so it lasts longer.

As a recent tourist to the area (first time), my family and I were a bit disappointed with the beach/touristy area of Myrtle Beach.

Rarely do we disappoint in this area so it's important to me that you can see it again knowing what to expect on the verification attempts.

The future didn't disappoint, I'm now at 700+ properties and 7 lawsuits. 

I was really disappointed in losing this house.  

We told her fine, rescind our offer, which was disappointing because I don't think the pipe issue was catastrophic, but I certainly wasn't going to keep our original offer on the table.
