Account Closed  David thinks you should be disbarred  LOL.Oh man all these folks that default to litigation have never actually been in litigation have no clue as you said the expense the time.. the emotional drain.and that is why RE contracts have Mandatory Mediation clauses it calms everyone down.now in PA to be fair I mediated a 10K EM due me..

During the evaluation process, this family didnt quite fit my 30%ish living expense cost criteria, but the leasing agent said they seem fairly good, the credit report was fairly good, and I was getting a little desparate to rent since there wasn't a whole lot of applicants (it was also in February...not a moving time)  Prepaying 3 months in advance calmed slightly calmed my nervous.

I figured I should start practicing now, trying to learn to see property the way an investor should, being able to ask the realtor/owner the proper questions, and just to calm my nerves so that when I'm on the hunt for real I'm not so nervous.
