Lastly, I'm pretty sure STR are nearly banned in Miami so you may need to spread your sights out.

I know Fort Worth has been playing with the idea of making them banned as well.

The banned breeds have been covered above    You might want at add "pet rent" to your lease.

If they're purposely trying to ban STRs, there's no guarantee they won't go after midterms next.

Since I bought all the properties below market value in the path of progress I can rent the properties long term or sell if there are issues such as city officials banning short rentals.
