Rooms need to blend with the style of the home, don't mess up a Queen Ann with throwing in contemporary rooms as if it were the Jetsons' place (I know, most probably don't know the Jetsons...google it).

As far as inspections and permits go the GC should be able to answer that.A good modular design will blend in well and you won't be able to tell unless you are told.

I decided to try a bulk K-Cup order through Amazon and it worked out ok - Neighborhood Social's Easy Morning Blend... it's a Medium to Dark Roast however I find that even the smallest volume output from my Keurig is a tad watered down.
