I would go Dave Ramsey and attack your student loans with "Giselle intensity" and the think about house hacking.

@William King  if your trying to wholesale this type of property you may want to rethink you plan of attack.. your going to be up against all cash buyers who are going to close.. if its your intention to try to flip this..

Just because you don't understand something does not make it wrong and just because someone is trying to educate you does not mean they are attacking you. 

I am putting together a team as we speak and trying to stratagize my plan of attack to make my time most efficient while I am out there.

In this case it covers added utilities and wear and tare.I also recently acquired 2 "alleged" thieves who stole from a local store and got shot by the police after they attacked him twice.

That would be my plan of attack right after I contacted my lawyer, to make sure everything is legal and everything is done properly.  

I would rather get told what not to do rather than nothing, so I can refine my focus and make a plan of attack.
