I don't necessarily look at cities as much as I do regions, and I feel like the south east as a whole is a great market regardless of city. 

In southeast Bennington, you can get $1500+ for a 3 bed/2 bath home.

It's easy to see the progression is to the south east."

From my experience, the southeast is also not an area were you can depend on high appreciation to quickly improve a non-ideal real estate purchase.

While others are focusing on the great cash flow of STR's in south east Ohio about 80 minutes away from the new Intel building.

Planning to purchase a multifamily in the South East or Midwest (yes, I have my CCC).

We are currently working with our securities attorneys on setting up an opportunity fund for deals that we already have under contract within opportunity zones throughout the Southeast.  

Kinston NC is not that far away and they have supposedly the biggest air port on the East coast, or the South East.   

I prefer the southeast 

There are some blocks I would not buy property on.I'm not sure where the property you're interested in is, but the North half of the zip is the best area, South East is pretty good, South West I'd avoid.
