I've had tenants that are tenured university professors and make a good living. 

They're priced at around 12K each and vacant and they are close to Mercer University in Downtown Macon.

Universities have also cancelled graduation ceremonies normally held in May.

University campuses used to be a haven for tolerance and people safely airing a variety of ideologies-not any more-you either agree with me, or hit the road!

Davidson County has downtown, some extremely safe neighborhoods 15 minutes down the road towards small universities, transitioning neighborhoods, some neighborhoods that don’t feel safe even in the daylight, and some areas that still have acres of land per property.

I’ve found that joining the local facebook group for off campus housing (house is located near a university) is the best way to get new tenants.
