If it’s a software that will.”automate” everything about PM I’d be skeptical because there’s a lot of moving parts but if it’s just a better version of cozy/tenant cloud then that sounds neat.

The two PM companies are using Appfolio software and I have heard the bookkeeping features are pretty good, as long as they are good at inputing and using the tools.
