Well, a "friend" of mine that had the same problem of abandoned property in a foreclosure for several months came back one day to find the front door kicked open and somebody had stolen all of the prior owners abandoned property and removed it from the house.

@Jay Hinrichs$100K was price I paid to exit Phoenix market because I became "burned out landlord", unfortunately, after owning this property remotely for 5 years....PM issues, AC got stolen, house got broken into, endless repair at (significantly) above market prices...
