Ideally you would try and limit it to just 1 draw but we didn't have the deep pockets to do it so we spread it out over 3 draws.

Unless there are water lines running in a shared wall in the garage, I wouldn't spend the $90 unless you are in the deep north.

This property was just listed and it seems to need LOTS of work- the current price is $100,000 the house has foundation problems (not sure how deep) and needs rehab work- House built in 1940 2,500 sq. ft 5 beds/3baths.

MUCH harsher chems in RV waste.also although i understand zoning can be lax in the rural deep south.. you need to check to make sure they will allow transient RV use in a property that was a MHP.

I'm not your lawyer, so you know, I don't give legal advice, and things I say you should consider stupid internet rumors.The way that statue reads to me is... you can really do whatever you want with it, but if the tenant files a demand for it and you can't product it in the needed time, you'll end up owing them triple the deposit as a penalty, so you should probably make deep considerations on the risk profile, as if you can't produce it quickly, it gets even more expensive, very fast.

We also have some GCs we will recommend out but that list is made up of those with whom we have lots of experience and it all started with a deep vetting process.

I have not gone into deep research, but I have reached out to some agents and looked on all the cites I have access to, but am more so just asking.
