If Joe Sixpack's daily job is managing 20 cabins that are within 10 miles of his residence, and he's telling you "I self manage...anyone can do it", consider the source, and the situation.Obviously, if you live 300 miles away and the air conditioner goes kaput in the middle of a weeklong stay, you are going to give back a big chunk of that money you saved self-managing, as you likely have no way to adequately respond to the situation and preserve that stay, and possibly the one after that.

If they keep the ordinance in place, I plan on attempting to convert the 6 existing units to 3 larger units, so as to be able to preserve my original plan in using these as vacation rentals.
