I’ve grown emotionally attached to a couple of those properties too.Since I’m not mortgaging anything, I am just thinking of the buying potential I would have if I did decide to leverage some of those properties and start diversifying.

The only difference is that you would need to use a "skip-tracing" service to find phone numbers for the owners and attach that to your list.Good luck!

The one other thing that comes to my mind is adding an ADU (attached dwelling unit) -  do you have the space to create an additional 400-1000sqft unit on your property? 

My understanding of it is that commissioners sales are sales in which the buyer is responsible for all liens/debts attached to the property, but the repository sale is free and clear.
