Other cities, not so much!

I'm needing to redo some foundation work and stucco on a garage conversion ADU in Long Beach.

These days the hardest part for me is finding & keeping qualified contractors for the work that always needs to be done.

I'm open to deals that need rehab but I'd rather find something that's up and running and that may only need minor fixes or rent increases.Do you have any property like what I'm looking for?

Probably not much of a change due to Trump.

Typically with houses of this age - you'll need structural folks to dig and install piers into the soil.

You always need eyes on your properties, someone acting as a caretaker. 

Alternatively, happy to be a resource should you need help identifying opportunities and analyzing deals.
