So we are back to having a value of about 8 million on spec value. and we are spending money lobbying to get our land use changed again through pork barrel legislation other wise My grand kids or great grand kids are going to think i was a pretty cool dude when they cash in 30 to 40 years for 100 million LOL..

@Jesse SchultzWhile what you out line is often how "rent-to-own" is practiced in Canada  - and was practiced in the U.S.A. until recent legislative changes - that scenario could be viewed as financing and/or an instalment sale by the CRA.

Statistical mortgage data is also available from the Schedule 1 banks and other lenders - information on individual mortgages would be covered by privacy legislation and not made publicly available.
