So we are back to having a value of about 8 million on spec value. and we are spending money lobbying to get our land use changed again through pork barrel legislation other wise My grand kids or great grand kids are going to think i was a pretty cool dude when they cash in 30 to 40 years for 100 million LOL..

Texas is a state thats legislates well for business (=population growth), works to keep taxes low, the weather is great, landlord laws are solid, cost of living is rather low, unemployment is low, and no one wants to move away.

I just don't see the problem with Arizona deciding this legislation for themselves any more than I have a problem with Illinois being able to put me in prison for what I legally am free to do in Indiana.
