I think what you're missing is that it takes more quantity and time for real estate to become great.Since you're more focused on cash flow, then you have to realize that that kind of strategy is just buying in bulk and selling individually.

Go to the dealership and check the top sellers of the month, dealership tend to give promotions for the top salesman of the month which is based on the quantity of cars they sold and not the "$".

If you think that their activities go beyond recreational use (large quantities in the house, visible scales or bags, people coming and going in excess) it's time for a more serious conversation. 

I deal with very large quantities of data, over 75GB currently, and to this point Windows/MS has more than proved that it cannot handle large volumes of data.
