Lots of helpful info and tipsI used global investments incGood: most of their clients are international or out of state investors so they can help with all the documentations,title deed , inspections and closing.Not so good:they are based outside the USA but deal with US agents so to be honest not all the information they share is correct.

for sure in the GFC investors loans went the way of the dodo bird you could not get one.. keep in mind folks on this site did not invest much prior to 2010 when loans started to slowly come back.so yes if we have global recession again and capital dries up then yes the first thing to go is going to be small investor loans which are more risky than larger type loans with proven operators..

There has been an uptick in outdoor recreation-based tourism there over the past few years (many of Colorado's 14ers are nearby), but the economy is still largely dependent on the Climax mine, which is dependent on the global demand for steel so it experiences large boom and bust cycles.

I'm almost to closing, waiting on the consultant to submit work write up.Apparently there is a misconception with the 3.5% down from fha (and i imagine this is global with any loan).
