From what I understand is that these condo's will be unique with more of a community feel to them offering: community dinners and activities etc....The main negative is that it will increase traffic and parking in the area which is already decently busy for the size of the town.

@John Hodson  I always use 50% as James stated if you do better go buy yourself a nice dinner.. but your not dissapointed or shocked if you set your margins so tight and you don't hit them.There is only so much that can be done ... at the end of the day a poor tenant can throw those numbers right out the window.My current portfolio ( and am liquidating all my holdings currently) has 7 A class SFR's left.

Just tossing in about San Antonio, if you like a high end steak dinner like an amazing Filet or some nice Escargot appetizers, then head to the SouthEast corner of the Riverwalk to a german sounding restaurant..The Little Rhine.

Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.
