Background color based on status: Good idea.  

Personally I would be more concerned about those wall colors and wallpaper.

It will also likely help resale value or speed if you use a new color that is more in vogue if the color needs a refresh.

Bill,Perhaps you misunderstood my response about creating a mortgage on your own property, I would never suggest something that would cause anyone the risk of incarceration, just not my style.I have been successful with every alternative method of financing and note techniques that I suggest to friends and associates and I am still staying legal and not wearing the color orange.If there is something I am not aware of about your comments, I will search for a clarification.Thank you for bringing the issue you have regarding my mortgage and note method of acquiring more real estate and freeing up personal equity.

As a matter of fact, last week I put wreaths and colors lights/ icicle lights on my front porch of my investment property.

watch for wrong color and pattern of Brick, Shingles, Siding, Carpet, Tile, Paint.

Tip:  Pay close attention to the color/pattern of Vinyl across entire home.  

It truly shed some light into the dark corners of my knowledge.

So is there some decoder for the meaning of the colored dots above the name of the author of a post?  

Black and white copies are about .05 and color is around .10- .20.
