Hi @Jacob Jensen, I think it's wise to be pursuing a multifamily in this climate, they are receiving less inflation than single families right now which are seeing multiple offers.

In this climate it's going to be easier to find the deal than to find the end buyer

I feel like it could become like the roaring fork valley or Moab, Boulder (30 years ago), Sedona, Durango, etc... attracting people for other reasons beyond energy jobs such as outdoor recreation opportunities, climate, access to nature, great place for remote tech workers due to affordability, less traffic and people than the front range, two big rivers running through town, Grand Mesa, Colorado national monument, lunch loops, Utah right there...

@Arthur Cross-Najafi I would go with PEX over CPVC but I am in a cold climate where freeze protection is a major concern.

Make sure your numbers pencil out now, in this climate for you, with the hopes you can refi later and they make even more sense 

Humans are only capable of living in a very narrow range of climate, we like temperatures around 70F, a little rain every few days, but not too much either.

Specifically in my area demand continues as we have a lot of military that come in and out and favor the area. id like to hope that holding for three years would be beneficial but I’m honestly concerned with the housing market climate and the actions of the fed 

I know the current market climate can be tough for many of us,  with inflation, supply chain issues, and global uncertainty.

A temperate climate enhances the season for outdoor sports, including world-class golf, hiking, biking, and fishing.
