Maybe he's the one middle aged white guy in America watching the World Cup and was celebrating Slovenia's victory.

A friend of mine pointed out to me the other day that many of the big "celebrity" investors have started to focus on real estate education.

"Helping old people" in this way is not to be celebrated in my opinion.  

He got to be around all kinds of cars, ultra rich people (as in carlos slim rich), celebrities, and hot women begging for his autograph.

.* I bought my California because that car has a potential to go up in value, but that hasn't happened yet and probably wont until some celebrity starts driving it

@Gustavo Lopez Hey, not sure exactly if this is what you're asking but I will definitively ask how many similar deals the lawyer did in the past.

I view it as it all ebbs and flows, 4 weeks ago I was celebrating a huge bump in equity at a refinance and a reduction in mortgage payments, another mortgage payment lowered significantly which increase my cash flow on a different property and going under contract for a 12 unit townhouse complex...I try to take the bad in stride, and not take the good for granted. 

Don't celebrate too soon, if you read the article it's not all warm and fuzzy saying the Dollar is back, in fact it points to the Fed being irresponsible and closes the article by saying:"As the year grinds to a halt, it sounds like Captain America could really use some Super Friends."
