It's been a bit of a roller coaster as we were banned from renting due to COVID and making nothing or renting on 30+ day contracts until not that long ago, and now the rentals in the area are *packed* at higher then average rates with people just out of lockdown and looking to escape the cities.

Also, check with your alderman as to installations and when the City will start doing them again.And don't forget to genuflect in the direction of the plumbers' union, which made sure Chicago REQUIRED using lead service pipes even though New York City banned its use in 1946 (why didn't we do the same back then?)
