The home would be built with STR in mind so it would include many amenities, unique architecture, large windows with a great view, and finishes that stand out on listing platforms.

lololI believe Greg was referring to "wood looking" shingles, commonly known as dimensional shingles, or architectural. 

I have a feeling this is where you are at.Sometimes the Alderman's office or community group will want to see what you are "proposing" to build before you can get their support and actually get the Zoning Change approved; however, technically architectural drawings are not reuired (by the Zoning Board of Appeals) for the map amendment process.Feel free to contact me directly if you would like me to look into your specific property in more detail.

I recommended he reach out to the original Architect to see if he'd do it, however with these old projects they may not be practicing architecture any longer or be dead.   

My son graduates from Washington State University with a BS in architecture and minors in interior design and construction management.
