Since I am a distance investor, I can't really gain much sweat equity by painting my own cabinets, but I found a meticulous cabinet painter who will do it for fairly cheap.

If we have to repaint, my painter can go in there with a sprayer or roller and repaint the whole thing in a day.  

You are a contractor .Well I have some news for you , I have to hire a painter to re paint , a lawn service to mow , and a handyman to replace the screens , and thats just what I see .  

And now you have to find carpenters or painters or carpet layers to do work in two days?  

They also didn't remove any outlet covers or switch covers before hand (what is painter's tape?????)

If you have to paint you need to get them out earlier and book the painter well in advance.

For example, 1191 Westmoreland is currently on the market for $400k (a little bit on high, but not too far off). 

One exception is an amazing painter I found, I'll go pick up paint for him, but thats about it.In regards to other flips to walk through: knew a couple flippers in my home town and walked through their projects in various stages.

My painters haven't done it before and I want to know how easy or difficult it is.

I hired a painter off Craigslist awhile back and he'e been great.
