IE - if the owner of Joe's Pizza Shop rapes a young girl and it is on the front page of the paper, I can go to yelp, look up Joe's Pizza Shop, and put a review that reads "Looks like joe the owner just got arrested for rape, I don't think my girls will be ordering a pie anytime soon."

The girl i listed with now recommended i just pay the full fee and let them list in the MLS that way she says it will get more action she said she showed the place to 15 people and no one made a offer looking for advice what to do

I pay $1500 month.After reading a mountain of information, and listening to a cornucopia of podcasts, I am no where near to figuring out what the hell to do.Now keep in mind I have 3 small girls and one of them has school so moving all the time is not going to happen.Interested to hear some ideas.
