We found a local auction site with Home Decorators Collection, Amazon, hardware store returns.

More than a few investors do nothing but rent themselves and spend the money that would have been spent on a mortgage and decorating on rental property. 

For the painting portion, I would highly recommend talking to Jim Prater at Chattanooga Paint and Decorating.

I consider the fireplace more as a decoration than a heating unit.

This should explain the quality of appliances we choose, carpets, and other decor.

I now have heaping piles of concrete turds decorating my grass.  

Decor seems appropriate and the photos are ok but if you haven't yet upgraded to pro photos you might invest in that.
