Hi @Lisa Gauff, what aspect of RE are involved in?

We don't have millions in liquid assets yet, but we do have property in different states, have lost our umbrella due to unforeseen circumstances (too many car accidents, even though none were our fault -- drunk driver totaled my son's car, policeman hit my daughter's rear end, a driver hit our car in a parking lot and the car dealer's employee during an oil change drove a new car into 4 parked ones, ours being one of them, end of umbrella plan).

I understand that my property has a judgement on it but how do I get it removed without losing my rear?

With the furnace and water heater removed, we would like to knock down the walls dividing the current furnace room, and make one larger rear, which is the bulk of the remodeling work to be done.  

I'm willing to bust my rear end, but concern about my scheduling conflicts.

This property has a very large and spacious 3 bed 1 bath on the first floor, a 2 bed 1 bath upstairs rear, and a 1 bed 1 bath upstairs front.

She needs tires and drives a rear wheel drive car.

I DO leave the rear un-caulked so that a leak will show up sooner, theoretically.

I was referring to adding a 3rd unit in the rear of the garage level, for the ADU work.If you own the whole building, you may not want to condo convert.
